Established in 2003, Metro Security Services has quickly grown to become one of the most dynamic and successful organisations within the security industry. We are proud to have become South Africa’s first Level one broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) and SABS ISO 9001:2008 accredited organisation.

Our highly experienced management team has designed and implemented effective security solutions for some of the largest blue chip companies. While we initially focused strongly on the Eastern Cape, the company is now developing a national footprint, with Kwa-Zulu Natal the first new location in its growth path, to be followed by other regions.

The company provides a diverse range of services to its clients. While the focal area for the business is guarding, it offers a range of complementary services including CCTV and offsite surveillance monitoring, armed response, event management and VIP Protection and safety management.

Training is a strong component within the organization, particularly for our guards, the essence of Metro Security Services. They are trained to be courteous, friendly and smartly dressed and have direct communication with our control centres. We also expect our service providers to meet stringent requirements.
