CEMAIR’S FIRST FLIGHT BETWEEN BLOEMFONTEIN & PORT ELIZABETH

Commuter and Regional carrier, CemAir (IATA code 5Z) is delighted to announce the official start of its route between Bloemfontein’s Bram Fischer Airport and Port Elizabeth Airport in Nelson Mandela Bay.

Commuter and Regional carrier, CemAir (IATA code 5Z) is delighted to announce the official start of its route between Bloemfontein’s Bram Fischer Airport and Port Elizabeth Airport in Nelson Mandela Bay.
 
Cemair’s first return flight took place on Tuesday 04 October 2016 and received the traditional fire engine water spray welcome at Port Elizabeth’s Airport. CemAir’s new route will offer a twice weekly return flight on Tuesdays and Thursdays, departing from Bloemfontein at 11h00 and from Port Elizabeth at 13h00. Gate to gate time is around 1hr 30 minutes with flying time of approximately 1hr 15 minutes.
 
CemAir is an established scheduled airline operator currently flying from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, Margate, Sishen and Plettenberg Bay as well as between Cape Town and Plettenberg Bay and Bloemfontein and George. The company was established in 2006 and owns a fleet of 22 aircraft of Bombardier CRJ’s, Beech 1900D’s and Bombardier Dash 8.
