The 2nd annual 4-Change Cape Recife Trail Run is taking place on Monday, 17 December 2012. The race features the HARCOURTS ALPHA 5km Family Fun Run, the CALTEX 10km trail run and the UTI 20km Trail Run, starting and finishing at the Pine Lodge Resort. The 10k & 20k Trail Runs take athletes through the beautiful and naturally diverse Cape Recife Nature Reserve - a popular mecca for bird watchers, fisherman and water sport enthusiasts alike. The Nature Reserve offers runners a mix of single track, gravel & tar road and beach.

Entry fees:
20km - R75
10km - R55
5km - R35 for adults and R25 for kiddies
