Africa Day Celebrations

It will be held on the 25th May 2012 at Langa / Kabah Hall from 12h00 to 15h00.

The event is organised by Limekhaya High School Library and Information Resource Centre and from our experience last year the turn-up was excellent where we invited the Ogaden and Somali community of Uitenhage areas we share experiences and commonalities as Africans.

This year we intend to make it a bigger event where we invited the Media Guru and Sports Manager, Mr. Zola Yeye and other giant guests who have confirmed their availability.

So far we had confirmation from Prof. H. Thipa of NMMU –African Studies School, Mr. Smuts Ngonyama, and Programme Director Mr. Thandile Kona African Fundi and Youth and Human Rights Activist and Mr. Joseph Tys - Majola sharing experience when he was in exile.
