Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer 2015

The biggest mass participation event that Port Elizabeth has to offer, is just around the corner…

The 2015 Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer is back for it’s 17th year and there is already so much more that you can experience on the day: from lucky draws, live entertainment from top SA Idols Finalists, the BP Wall of Hope will be back again this year, as well as some local celebrities who will be making their appearance.

Don’t miss out on this fun filled 5km walk, where the proceeds raised will assist Igazi Foundation with their valued Cancer research. Igazi Foundation is the only dedicated Haematological Services NGO in the country.

Bring your friends and family and be one of the first 6000 entries to receive a T-shirt. Also, don’t forget to #bigwalkpe when posting pics on Instagram or Facebook.

Entries now open. Closing date for entries to the Big Walk is Wednesday, 28 October.

Enter at any Total Sport store in Port Elizabeth, or at Brian Bands in Cape Road.

The race starts at 8h00 on Saturday, 31 October 2015.

THE START and FINISH are at the Boardwalk Summerstrand.

Late registration takes place on 29, 30, 31 October 2015.
