Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer where every step counts

Join the seas of pink in Nelson Mandela Bay, George and East London or virtually as thousands celebrate every step at the annual Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer presented by ISUZU MOTORS South Africa.

The 26th Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer will take place on Saturday, October 26.

Event start locations:

• Gqeberha: Pollok Beach, Marine Drive, Summerstrand, Gqeberha
• East London: Phillip Kahts Stadium, Gleneagles Lower Road, Bunkers Hill, East London
• George: George Golf Club, 16 CJ Langenhoven Road, George Central

Tickets are available on the Algoa FM website.

But, be quick. Only the first 7 500 paid entrants will receive a free iconic vibrant pink t-shirt.

All proceeds raised from the Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer will go to the Childhood Cancer Foundation SA (CHOC) East London, St Bernard’s Hospice in East London, and St Francis Hospice in Nelson Mandela Bay.

The 5km walk will take place at 08.00, however for the safety of the walkers we will have full road closure from 07.00 – 11.00 in Nelson Mandela Bay.
