Burns Nicht Supper
The Port Elizabeth Scottish Association will be holding the Burns Nicht Supper on Saturday 26 January 2019 to celebrate Scotland’s National Bard, Robert Burns.
The event will consist of a three-course meal which will include Haggis, piped into the diningroom, and the traditional ‘Address to the Haggis’.
The programme will also include the Immortal Memory, the Toast to the Lassies and the response to the Laddies as well as Burns’ songs and poetry and other entertainment.
The Algoa Caledonian Pipe Band will be in attendance to welcome guests to the function.
The Venue will be The Club on Bird Street, where there is plenty of safe parking.
