What makes a happy child that grows into a happy adult?
Too often we think happiness is about those fleeting moments of getting what you want. Lasting happiness is actually much more complicated, but much more rewarding. And yes, you can dramatically increase your child's chances of being happy, just by the way you raise him or her. Much of the mood of "happiness" is habit!

In the "HAPPY ME" holiday programme our kids will walk away understanding what makes them happy, learn different techniques that they can use when they do feel down, lack self-belief, feel insecure, don't want to face new situation/experiences and feel that they don't belong...

The day is packed with lots and lots of activities, craft session and different games to truly make this a memorable experience
