IRONMAN African Championship 2021 will be hosted in Nelson Mandela Bay on Sunday, 21st November 2021.

This year sees a change to the course with the swim start and transition taking place at Kings Beach. The two-loop 180.2km bike course takes athletes out of Kings Beach and along Marine Drive towards Schoenmakerskop and from there via Sardinia Bay Road to the Village of Beachview. The Run course will also be along the Beachfront including Driftsands Drive and Admiralty Way.
