Penguin Festival

SANCCOB Port Elizabeth Penguin Festival is taking place at the center, located in the Cape Recife Nature Reserve and entry ticket sales open from 08h30. Entry costs for adults at R50 and R35 for senior citizens and children under 12 years of age. The morning fun run starts at 09h30, running to the lighthouse and back to the center, leading to a fun-filled day before the penguin release. Algoa FM's Daron Mann is our Master of Ceremonies, and we are honored to have him participate in our annual event. A prize-giving follows the race, with activities for children, food vendors and SANCCOB merchandise on sale.
Bring your camp chairs and picnic blankets along and share a fun day with us!
