Secret Sunrise - Step Into Spring

Step into spring with us - back on the beach for a Secret Sunrise connection!

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-time participant, Secret Sunrise welcomes everyone to join. We combine elements of movement and mindfulness that brings you a set aimed at connection: to yourself, others and the natural world. No experience or fitness requirements, come and move with us!

TIME: 07:00 - 08:00 (arrive by 06:45 to collect headphones and admire the sunrise!)

What to bring: Your BFF`s , family, water annnnnd if you feeling adventurous dress up! Dress in flowery dresses or hawaiian shirts or anything that makes you feel ready for what spring has to offer.
Wireless headphones will be provided for the hour.
We'll be dancing for an hour, so don't forget to bring some water!
