FANTASTIC FAMILY DAY OF FUN AT SUMMERWOOD SCHOOL CARNIVAL

Fabulous fun awaits families throughout Port Elizabeth who are all invited to attend the ‘Summerwood Fun Walk & Carnival’ set to take place as a run-up to the Easter holidays on Saturday the 25th of March from 9am to 5pm.

The school’s PTA organizing committee have pulled out all the stops to make this a very special day for all the family and all ages – appealing to young and old with the sentimentality of wonderful delights that make a carnival… a true carnival! From a fancy-dress fun walk, a Kideez toddler play area, delicious food trucks, giant inflatables and slippy side; an obstacle course, jumping castles, craft beer, face painting, live music, photo booth, dancing competition and Boeresport – this much-loved ‘school by the sea’ promises to have it all for a fabulous family day out!

School chairlady Gail Willimott is excited to share the school’s vision for the day. “We hope that everyone (mom, dad, grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin and friend) will come a long to join in the fun. This is a huge step up from our annual camp-out event and we wanted to include the whole community as a fundraiser to upgrade our school facilities for the benefit of our children.”

ALL DAY FUN INCLUDES: Great music, Giant inflatables, Delicious food, Shopping & Deli stalls!

To be able to take part in ALL activities during the day you can purchase a FULL DAY PASS for the children. This includes Boeresport, obstacle course, inflatables and dance competition. There will also be a demarcated KIDEEZ zone for small kids (ages 6 and under) with plenty for them to enjoy too (jumping castle, clowns, mini train, face paint etc.)

FULL Day pass per child R100 (irrelevant of age)
Day Pass for adults only R50 - to take part in obstacle course and Boeresport
Day pass second child R100, third child R80, fourth child R80
Passes will be available to purchase on the day
