The 5K Chocolate Run

Spread the word, tell your family, friends, neighbours and everyone else that the 5K Chocolate Run is bringing its chocolaty goodness back to the friendly city in a lively carnival atmosphere while giving further momentum to the fight against women abuse in the community - and we want you to be a part of it.

This year, We are excited to introduce our partnership with Cadbury and one of Cape Towns finest Chocolatier, Chocolates by Tomes.

We turn up the fun and introduce an incredible post-race party where runners and walkers alike will have the time of their lives, while indulging in delicious Chocolate and decadent hand selected African Origin truffles at the entrance. We keep you pumped up with exciting high energy music, turning your running shoes into dancing shoes. Be prepared to get your ZUMBA on!

This is a family event with no winners or official times, so bring the whole family to run/walk with you and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. You will enjoy attractions from the South African Army, vibrant Drum Majorettes and a variety of music.

The 5k run/walk, to be held on 26 November at Kings Beach. Post race party starts at 8am and the run begins at 9am. The event is open to everyone.

To participate, Pink Tickets cost R200 (Immediately receive a t-shirt & Gold Medal), Blue Tickets cost R100 (Receive Chocolates at event). Tickets available in Newton Park Brian Bands, The Footballer, Curves Greenacres, Morro Pizza (4th Ave Newton Park) and Brocketts Sports Uitenhage.
