The Bay Hip-hop Festival 26, 28 September and 1 October 2011. The Festival is a celebration of Arts and Culture in Port Elizabeth communities. The 3 day festival is jam packed with exciting events including live music, street parade, comedy gala, performing arts, film, visual arts, dance and Port Elizabeth Arts Education are just a sample of the events included.
