The Cape Recife Trail Run offers a 5km Family Fun Run and the 10km & 20km Trail Runs. The races are ideal for those new to trail running and great for athletes looking for a longer training run as a run-up to the marathon season.

The Start and Finish Festivities take part at the Pine Lodge Resort, Marine Drive, Port Elizabeth.

4-change has partnered with Operation Smile Madiba Bay in the hopes of raising R60 000 by the end of 2012. Operation Smile Madiba Bay provides invaluable support and assistance to the community of Port Elizabeth through a professional and interdisciplinary Paediatric Palliative Care programme for children suffering through any form of a life limiting or life threatening disease.
