Welcome the Whales to Algoa Bay Festival 2024 (POSTPONED TO 9 JUNE)
NOTE: DUE TO THE BAD WEATHER PREDICTED FOR THIS SUNDAY THE EVENT IS POSTPONED TO 9 JUNE.
Join us at The Willows Resort and Conference Centre for the annual "Welcome the Whales to Algoa Bay Festival".
The festival celebrates the arrival of Humpback Whales on their Northward migration going as far as Kenya (East coast) and Gabon (West Coast) of Africa. The Festival main objectives is to create awareness about the importance of our oceans, the marine life and the need to protect and conserve all.
Expect a fun filled day with Educational Talks, the African vibe brought to you by African Drumbeat, Fun Run/Walk by ZSports, superb range of Food trucks, a Craft Market with quality products, and the very talented Local Musicians to keep you entertained, ending the evening the sparkle of the Fyre Faeries.
