It’s going to be a WINEderful weekend in Port Elizabeth, with the Windy City welcoming the TOPS at SPAR Wine Show, the country’s biggest and boldest travelling wine show starting on 25 July 2019. The show takes centre stage at The Boardwalk until Saturday.
