World Penguin Day - 25 April 2024

Thursday 25 April is World Penguin Day and with Algoa Bay being home to the largest breeding colony of the African Penguin it is just fitting that we also celebrate it here. 

The city offers various penguin experiences with the most popular being a visit to SANCCOB or a marine safari experience to St Croix Island where the colony can be seen from the ocean.
