Only 25 km from Port Elizabeth we are in easy reach of city conveniences, tourist attractions, Jeffrey’s Bay, Addo Elephant Park and the ideal place to start your tour of the Garden Route.
There are endless possibilities for cycling, fishing, 4×4, snorkeling and walking. The most popular cycle route runs past the property. Challenging 4×4 trails are a few minutes away. The village atmosphere and low crime rate makes Beachview the ideal destination. Slightly further afield are the Baviaanskloof, Langkloof and numerous Game Parks.

Upper level consists of an open plan lounge and dining room with magnificant views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with a glass top stove, with an oven microwave and fridge. A guest toilet. The lower level consits of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1x en-suite). The house is secure, has an alarm and a double garage.

Directions
Coming From the Airport• Drive out of the airport and turn right into Hallivard Road.
• First left into Allister Miller Road, drive 0.7 km and turn left at the robot into Heugh Road (M9 Walmer/Seaview) after +- 4km Heugh Road becomes Buffelsfontein Road.
• Drive for 25.3 km on this road, it shall take you to Seaview.
• Turn left, opposite the shopping centre into Elizabeth Road (Maitland Mouth/ Beachview ).
• Drive for 2.5 km and turn right into Oyster Street.
• First left into Seestrand Ave, drive 300m (8th house on the left)

Coming from Johannesburg
• Take the N2 to Cape Town / Humansdorp.
• Drive past the William Moffat, Cape Road and Lorraine turn- offs.
• Take the offramp at the next turn off ( Greenbushes/Seaview )
• Turn left and drive for 9.7km to the shopping centre on your left. (Spar)
• Turn right into Elizabeth Road.
• Drive for 2.5 km and turn right into Oyster Street.
• First left into Seestrand Ave, drive 300m (8th house on the left

• Head toward PE on the N2, pass Jeffreys Bay , Van Standens and Blue Horizon.
• Turn left onto the Seaview/Greenbushes off ramp.
• Turn right and drive for 9, 7 km to the Shopping Centre on your left.
• Turn right into Elizabeth Road.
• Drive for 2.5 km and turn right into Oyster Street.
