Woodall is a beautiful property, situated on a peaceful citrus farm, 65km from Port Elizabeth and adjacent to the Addo Elephant Park. It is ideally suited for nature lovers, food and wine connoisseurs, as well as those seeking time out in the spa.

The décor is chic, colourful and contemporary. Accommodation is private with exceptionally large rooms, especially the suites which have their own gardens and pools. A special feature is the wide choice of relaxation areas, including indoor and outdoor sitting areas, library, sundowner deck, chill room as well as a contemporary TV lounge are available. Other facilities included curio shop, internet / fax facilities and free wi-fi.
Stylish farm style cuisine is served in the thatched dining room with views of resident herons, cormorants and waterbirds. The cuisine is inspired by the flavours of local ingredients and freshly picked produce from the farm. Complimenting the menu is the private underground cellar with a unique selection of South African wines.
The Citrus Spa offers a unique range of treatments, inspired by the surrounding lemon, orange and grapefruit orchards. Local therapists with world class skills offer a comprehensive range of massage, health and beauty treatments. Refreshing beverages, such as home-made lemon juice, and healthy cuisine complement the totally rejuvenating experience. Facilities include a relaxation room, steam shower, sauna, vichy shower, hydrotherapy bath and spacious double showers. A gym is available on the property.
Woodall operates safaris twice daily to Addo Elephant Park, treating guests to an up close and personal game viewing experience. Day excursions to nearby game reserves such as Schotia, Amakhala and Pumba are easily arranged. Guests can meander through the scented citrus orchards; canoe on the Sundays River, enjoy a game of golf; soak up local history on a valley tour or experience a horse back safari. In addition, Woodall offers a number of tailor-made game and spa packages.

DIRECT ROUTE: About 65km / 50 min drive from PE airporto From Port Elizabeth take M4 / N2 in direction of Grahamstown for ±15 km
o Turn left off N2 onto R335 (sign posted Motherwell, Markman, Addo Elephant Park). Travel 40 km to Addo village
o Continue through village on R335 in direction of Park for 5 km
o Turn left off R335 at Woodall Sign onto a gravel road. Turn immediately right again in front of Elephant House
o Continue for 1.3 km
RECOMMENDED ROUTE: About 112km / 80 min drive from PE airport
o From Port Elizabeth take M4/ N2 North, past Colchester/Sundays River Mouth, in the direction of Grahamstown
o After about 60km you’ll reach Nanaga, where the road splits into three: N10, N2 and R72 – (Tip: Make a stop at the Nanaga Farm Stall - one of South Africa’s most famous farm stalls, well known for their legendary pies and roosterbrood) Continue northwards on the N10 for 21 km to Paterson
o At Paterson turn onto the R342 in the direction of Addo. (Tip: A large section of this road has the Elephant National Park on either side - big game can often be seen)
o Continue for 23km and pass the main entrance to Addo Elephant National Park on your left
o Continue for a further 8 km (the road is now called the R335)
o Turn right off the R335 at the Elephant House / Lenmore onto a gravel road and then turn immediately (40m) right again in front of Elephant House
o Continue for 1.2km to Woodall Country House & Spa
